Recently, our Google Business Profile has received multiple 1⭐ reviews that contain little to no genuine customer experience or feedback. We believe these reviews were posted out of personal grievance after we objected to abusive behaviour directed toward our team.
Constructive criticism is always welcome—we learn from it and strive to improve every single day. However, coordinated attempts to damage the reputation of a small business are unfair and deeply disappointing.
We are documenting the matter and will pursue appropriate legal remedies where necessary against any defamatory or malicious activity.
